Introducing our new musical director, Toby Butt.

Toby's musical journey started locally, as a member of the Oldham Music Service, before his studies took him to the Royal Northern College of Music. As a tuba player, he has performed as a soloist on BBC Radio 3 as part of the BBC Proms Plus series, as well as working with ensembles including the Hallé Orchestra. With a background of choral singing and conducting, Toby is really looking forward to leading the Oldham Choir in this new season.
